Surviving in Silence w/ Rebeccah Silence

Published on: 27th August, 2024

Rebeccah Silence grew up in an alcoholic and abusive home. With the best of intentions, she thought the more she "took it" and stayed "silent," that it would lessen the abuse. Terrified and frozen, she always knew there had to be a better way. Though she survived domestic violence, she was left with a damaged self-esteem and self-worth. She developed anorexia and abused alcohol in the absence of having healing coping skills. Learn so much more about her by listening to this awesome episode!
