I was diagnosed with Co-Dependency over a decade ago. I was in therapy because my life was spiraling out of control and at the forefront was a failing marriage. At the time I didn't know anything about Co-Dependency. I started reading books, searching the web, and found a Co-Dependency Anonymous meeting. In search of healing. I graduated from Radiant Coaches Academy as a certified life coach. I specialize in the area of Co-dependency. It's my mission to use my teaching and life lessons, to give a more holistic look at the recovery of co-dependency.
I co-authored the book "God Turned Mommy’s Wine into Water", with my mom (sold @ amazon.com) , and I am the host of this awesome podcast “The Co-Dependent Me Podcast"!
