She has an advanced training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Structural Family Therapy, Polyvagal Theory and Practice, Mindfulness, and am a Level II trained Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist.
