As a sensitive soul who had experienced childhood trauma, alcohol became my main form of self-medication. Most of us with addictive tendencies struggle with more than one vice... I also struggled with toxic relationships (love addiction), and even food addiction. Hear how she started her healing journey and how she spreads is in the world!
