The Essentials of Healing Childhood Trauma w/Lisa Tickel

Published on: 3rd June, 2025

Lisa Tickel is a resilient survivor of childhood abuse, dedicated to healing and empowering others on their healing journey. After years of navigating life in survival mode, Lisa transformed her own pain into a powerful force for change, helping others find their path to healing. She is accomplishing this by hosting the podcast “Healing & Growing, Hand in Hand,” that helps abuse and trauma survivors heal, and through her “Women’s Childhood Abuse Healing Workshop” that helps guide women as they begin or deepen their healing process.
